1) Retail Order (buy products at retail price):

How to buy products at retail:

To buy products at retail, please follow the steps below:


1. Click on "PRODUCTS" menu.

2. Choose the item you want to buy and then click "Add to Cart" button

3.  Then click "Proceed to Check Out" button

4. Choose "Guest checkout"

On this page, please fill in the form for your shipping address. And then please choose the payment method. (Bank Transfer or pay with a credit card by Paypal)

And then click "Order Now"

  4.2 If customers want to pay by Paypal (Customers can use Paypal to pay by Credit Cards), customer can choose "Paypal" and make the payment via the PayPal system immediately.



Delivery

After the payment has cleared, we will process to send the items by EMS (Express Mail Service) within 2 business days. It takes about 4-7 business days to most countries. However, it may take a little long time based on the customs in your country.

After sending the items, we will confirm customer by email and inform Tracking Number that customer can use it to track the status of the order. So please be assured that you will receive the items you ordered from us.

Minimum order:

The minimum order quantity for wholesale order:
1. Handbags, Bags: 6 pieces per design per colour
2. Wallets, Belts: 30 pieces per design per colour
3. Small items (such as keychains, coin purses, etc.): 100 pieces per design per colour



***For smaller order, please contact us and we can discuss for the terms.


Made to order/custom made order are welcomed:


1) You can order with different skins and colours from the designs on our catalogue.

For example crocodile leather handbag in black colour, you can order that design but in other colour such as brown, tan, etc. or you can order that design but use ostrich skin for manufacturing.

2) You can order with your own designs, just send us photos and details of the designs that will be used for manufacturing.

Also, you can send us a real sample to our office address directly (real sample will be returned along with your order when the order is ready).




Payment for wholesale or custom made the order:

For wholesale or custom made the order, we only accept by T/T (Bank Transfer) and Western Union: Deposit in advance 50% for confirmation of the order. The remaining balance should be paid before shipment date from Bangkok.

Delivery Time :

After we receive your order confirmation by transferring us the deposit in advance, we will finish your order within 25 - 45 days (approximate time).

However, due to the varying size and weights of our products, we will need to send you a quote for shipping, with full shipping and payment details. The customer is responsible for any additional taxes and duties. TOL is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. Please contact your local customs department with questions regarding additional fees.

We deliver worldwide. If we are unable to deliver to you we will contact you immediately. A signature is required for all TOL deliveries. You can instruct us to accept a third party signature e.g. work address or neighbour. No liability of loss can be accepted by TOL. 

How to track your order status

Tracking a package After your order has been shipped, you can track your shipment. Most packages in your order can be tracked via our carriers' websites. It may take up to 1-2 business days for your information to be posted on the carrier's website.

In an effort to further ensure customer satisfaction, each and every item must pass our quality inspection prior to shipping.

A: All orders for handmade leather products are processed within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of order. All of our orders are shipped within 3 to 6 days from the time the order is properly packed.
